Maratha Beach sits on Skiathos’s southeastern coast, about 3 km from Skiathos Town, tucked between pine-covered hills and the sea. The beach is a sweep of soft sand, with clear water that can be moderate in wave height when the wind picks up. There is no shade except what you bring, and no facilities whatsoever—no sunbeds, no taverna, no lifeguard.
