Description

Long, fine-sand beach on Paros’ SE coast facing Naxos. Locally called Tserdakia, it has clear, usually turquoise water and a gently sloping sandy seabed. The bay is exposed to the summer Meltemi; winds are frequent and can build chop and small waves, making it a noted wind- and wing-surf spot. Access is straightforward by car or bus from Parikia/Naoussa; shoreline lanes run behind the beach. Parts are organized with sunbeds/umbrellas and watersports centers; nearby beachfront hotels and cafes serve the beach. Expect crowds and higher prices in peak season. Cautions: strong winds and active windsurf corridors; occasional rocky patches/reef sections; limited natural shade."
