Description
Small bay at the foot of Agios Nikitas village on Lefkada’s west coast. Shore is a sand–pebble mix (generally coarse sand with small pebbles). Water is typically very clear, with turquoise hues. The bay faces the open Ionian and is partly sheltered, but westerly winds can bring moderate waves and occasional swell. Access is on foot via the village’s pedestrian lane after parking at the entrance or small private lots; the lane is flat and short. Restaurants and cafés line the waterfront; restrooms are mainly in venues, not on-beach. A seasonal water taxi runs from the beach to nearby Milos Beach. Space is limited and it can get crowded in high season; parking fills early. Cautions: changing wave conditions with wind, limited shaded areas, constrained beach width at times.
