    Description

Kapari is tucked behind the chapel of Agios Ioannis and feels wild and intimate. The beach has soft, fine sand with rocky edges and steep access via a dirt path or cliff descent. The sea is very clear and typically calm, ideal for swimming or snorkeling when wind is light. It is largely unorganized—there are no sunbeds, umbrellas, bars or toilets—so visitors must bring their own supplies. Access is by car or walking from Agios Ioannis; parking is roadside near the path entrance. Because the descent is rocky and uneven, care is needed, especially wearing proper footwear. The setting is serene, and it’s often visited for its natural beauty and sunset views.
