    Description

Zografou is a secluded cove-style beach lying south of Vourvourou, between Vourvourou and Armenistis. It is part of a camping / bungalow area (Camp Porto Elea) and remains less crowded than many main beaches. The shore is a mix of sand and pebbles / small rocks, with deeper water not far from the coast. It is surrounded by rock formations and lush vegetation in the hinterland. Because it is somewhat hidden / less developed, it attracts people who prefer quieter, more natural beach settings. One user review notes: “almost no sand, mostly small rocks … a lot of rocks in the water” and warns of sea urchins near ends.
